Joe D'Amore is currently the Head Coach of the Windsor Lancers. He was named the fourth head coach in the Lancers’ 42-year history of the program in 2012, following a one year-stint as the interim head coach. Widely respected as one of the top young coaches in the country, D'Amore has led the Lancers into the playoffs in each of his four seasons as head coach.

Donnavan Carter is currently Recruiting Coordinator and Defensive Backs Coach for the Guelph Gryphons. Prior to joining the Gryphons, Carter was the Associate Head Coach & Defensive Coordinator of the Windsor Lancers. Carter helped lead the Lancers to two consecutive playoff births, including their first home playoff date in 10 years in 2014.
SPECIAL TEAMS COORDINATOR: Ryan Karhut - York Lions

Ryan Karhut is currently the Special Teams Coordinator & Recruiting Coordinator for the York Lions. Ryan Karhut was named the program’s special teams coordinator ahead of the 2015 season. He brings to York more than 26 years of experience in football as a player and a coach. In addition to his work with the Lions he is also the head coach of the York Region Lions in the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL), a role in took over in 2016 before leading them to a 6-2 record. Immediately prior to coming to York, he was the head coach of the Winnipeg Rifles in the Canadian Junior Football League (CJFL) for two seasons.
OFFENSIVE ASSISTANT: Carl Tolmie - Ottawa Gee Gee's

Carl Tolmie is currently the Offensive Line Coach for the Ottawa Gee Gee's. Tolmie joined the Gee-Gees in spring of 2016 and had most recently been coaching with the Myers Riders, winning two provincial championships with a 32-1 record over three seasons in the OFVL. He also has CIS experience on the sidelines of Sherbrooke, Montreal, and Guelph and is tremendously active in coaches’ and players’ clinics for offensive line.
OFFENSIVE ASSISTANT: Josh Malekzadeh - Western Mustangs

Josh Malekzadeh is currently the Receivers Coach for the Western Mustangs. As well, Malekzadeh is currently the Video Coordinator for the Western Mustangs.
DEFENSIVE ASSISTANT: Ben D'Andrea - Queens Gaels

Ben is currently the Defensive Backs Coach for the Queens Gaels. Ben played football for Queen’s for five seasons at defensive back winning the Vanier Cup in 2009 with the Tricolour. Ben’s father Jim also played football at Queen’s as a defensive back and was a member of the 1978 Vanier Cup champion Gaels. Ben graduated from Queen’s with a Bachelor of Physical Health and Education and has enjoyed success with KING Athletics in their Ottawa and Calgary offices as director and head performance coach. Ben also spent time working with the Gee-Gees coaching staff as a defensive assistant in 2014 and he joined the Gaels as an assistant coach for the defence in 2015.
