Carleton Ravens to host 2016 Training Camp

2016-04-25

The Ontario Football Alliance is pleased to announce that the Carleton Ravens will be hosting the 2016 Team Ontario Training Camp, as they prepare for the Football Canada Cup.

In early July, Team Ontario will be making their way to the Nations Capitol as they prepare for the 2016 Football Canada Cup, taking place in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The 40 man roster will report to Carleton University where the journey to bring home another National Championship begins.

“The Ravens are excited to host Team Ontario on our campus for their pre-tournament training camp. Having them here is fantastic for our program, it gives everyone on the team an opportunity to see our top notch facilities and set-up.  With the players staying in residence and eating in the dining hall they will have a true training camp experience.  With the new turf and use of our locker-room they will be well prepared heading to the Canada Cup.” - Steve Sumarah, Carleton Ravens Head Coach

As for the Team Ontario Roster, the Ontario Football Alliance will announce the 54 man Roster on Wednesday April 27th, 7PM LIVE on Twitter (@OntarioFootball). Players will be contacted on April 28th to let them know if they are on the 40 man Roster or 14 alternates.
