U17 (1999-2000)

HEAD COACH: Glen Mills - Essex Ravens

          

Glen Mills will once again return as Head Coach of Team Ontario. Mills is currently the Head Coach of the Perennial Powerhouse Essex Ravens, a position he has held since 1998, leading the team to 8 championship appearances, winning in 1998, 2002, 2010, and 2015. Mills is currently Team Ontario's Canada Cup Head Coach, a position he has held since 2013, winning a Silver in 2015, a Gold in 2014, and a Bronze in 2013. As well, Coach Mills represented Football Canada in 2015, defeting Team USA at the 2015 International Bowl.

OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR: Tom Flaxman - Western Mustangs

 

Tom Flaxman is currently an Asisstant Coach & Recruiting Coordinator for the Western Mustangs. Previously, Flaxman was the Offensive Coordinator for Toronto Varsity Blues, as well as the Acadia Axemen that won the Atlantic title in 2011.  In addition, Flaxman has been a coach with the OVFL Mississauga Warriors since 2004, winning 3 championships.  Flaxman was a player for Team Ontario on the gold medal winning teams in 2002 & 2003.

DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR: Donnavan Carter - Windsor Lancers

Donnavan is currently the Associate Head Coach & Defensive Coordinator of the Windsor Lancers. Carter helped lead the Lancers to a 5-3 overall record, and 3rd Ranked OUA Defense. Before joining the Lancers in 2013, Carter coached with the Toronto Varsity Blues for 4 seasons. Prior to joining the Varsity Blues, Carter played professional football in the Canadian Football League (CFL). Over his eight year CFL career, Carter was a starter at the safety and linebacker positions with the Toronto Argonauts, Ottawa Renegades, Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. As team captain for the Renegades in 2003, he was selected as a Canadian Football League Players Association all-star at the free safety position. Also an experienced coach in the junior football ranks, Carter previously served as the defensive coordinator with the Etobicoke Eagles of the Ontario Varsity Football League where the team qualified for the regional championships.  

SPECIAL TEAMS COORDINATOR: Chris Marcus - Western Mustangs

Chris Marcus is currently the Special Teams Coordinator for the Western Mustangs, a position he has held since 2012. Marcus has been coaching with the Western Mustangs since 1985, as both the Linebacker's & Defensive Back's coach. As well, Marcus was Head Coach of South Secondary High School located in London, ON, between 1989-2002. 

OFFENSIVE ASSISTANT: Irv Daymond - Laurier Golden Hawks

Irv Daymond is currently the Offensive Line Coach for the Wilfred Laurier Golden Hawks. Prior to joining Laurier, Daymond was the Offensive Line Coach for McGill University in Quebec and previous to that was the Offensive Line Coach for the Ottawa Gee-Gees. Daymond has also been the Offensive Line Coach for Team Ontario East.

OFFENSIVE ASSISTANT: Ryan Clutterbuck - Western Mustangs

Ryan Clutterbuck is currently a assitant coach with the Western Mustangs. Previous to his time with Western, Clutterbuck was the Offensive Coordinator for the London Beefeaters of the CJFL, winning the Ontario Football Conference Championship in 2012. Clutterbuck is also the Wide Receiver coach for the London Junior Mustangs, winning an OVFL Championship in 2012. 

DEFENSIVE ASSISTANT: Brian Cluff - Guelph Gryphons

Brian Cluff is currently the Defensive Line coach for the Guelph Gryphons. The 2015 season will mark Coach Cluff’s 31st year of University Football; 30 with the Gryphon Football Program (25 years as a coach and 5 years as a player with the Gryphons). In 2013, the Gryphon Defense lead the OUA in run defense and was also ranked third in the country in total QB sacks with 34. Brian has also coached the defensive line with Team Ontario at the Canada Cup and in 2013 Coach Cluff was in Texas coaching the defensive line for Team Ontario Selects vs. Team USA in the International Bowl.
 

DEFENSIVE ASSISTANT: Rob Underhill - McMaster Marauders

  

Rob Underhill is currently the Special Teams Coordinator for the McMaster Marauders. In 2014, Underhill led the Hamilton Hurricanes to Back to Back Undefeted Championship Seasons. Underhill has been the Head Coach of Team Ontario, leading the team to two bronze medals during his tenure.  Underhill was the Head Coach & Defensive Coordinator for the OVFL Hamilton Ironmen, building them into a perennial top ranked team that was known for its tough defense.
 
 

U18 (1998)

HEAD COACH: Kirby Camplin - Cornwall Wildcats

Kirby Camplin is currently the Head Coach of the Cornwall Wildcats of the OVFL. Kirby is also currently an assistant coach with the Carleton Ravens. Camplin has represented Team Ontario twice in Texas, once as a position coach, and more recently as Defensive Coordinator in 2015. Kirby believes in teaching the fundamentals of football first and formost, teaching players how to play the game and their position is the first and most important part of the job.

OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR: Rob Fuciarelli - Hamilton Hurricanes

Rob Fuciarelli is currently the Offensive Coordinator of the Senior Varsity Hamilton Hurricanes. As well, Fuciarelli is also Offensive Coordinator of St. Thomas More. Fuciarelli was on the 2014 U19 Team Ontario International Bowl Coaching Staff that defeted Team USA. 

DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR: Dwayne Cameron - Laurier Golden Hawks

Dwayne Cameron is currently the Special Teams & Recruiting Coordinator and Defensive Backs Coach for the Laurier Golden Hawks. Cameron has been with the Golden Hawks since 2004 in various roles and was part of the coaching staff on the 2005 Vanier Cup winning team.

SPECIAL TEAMS COORDINATOR: Jon Binns - Essex Ravens

Jon Binns is currently the Head Coach of the Peewee Essex Ravens. As well, Binns was the Special Teams Coordinator for the Windsor Lancers in 2014. Binns has also spent time with the Windsor AKO Fratmen as Special Teams Coordinator, as well as Catholic Central Secondary School as Defensive Coordinator. 

OFFENSIVE ASSISTANT: Carl Tolmie - Ottawa Myers Riders

Carl Tolmie is currently the Offensive Line and Assissant Offensive Coordinator for the Varsity Ottawa Myers Riders. Prior to his time with the Myers Riders, Tolmie has spent time with numerous universities as offensive line coach, including the University of Guelph Gryphons, the University of Montreal Carabins, and the University of Sherbrooke Vert et Or. As well, Tolmie spent two seasons with the Ottawa Junior Riders of the QJFL, as both the offensive line coach and offensive coordinator. 

DEFENSIVE ASSISTANT: Darrell Adams - Carleton Ravens

Darrell Adams is currently the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator and Defensive Line Coach for the Carleton Ravens. Prior to joining the Ravens, Adams coached with the Hamilton Tiger Cats in 2011/2012 and coordinated the defense for the Hamilton Hurricanes who became the national runner-up and Ontario champions in 2011. Adams played professionally for the Hamilton Tiger Cats and New York Jets.

DEFENSIVE ASSISTANT: Adam Grandy - Guelph Gryphons

Adam Grandy is currently the Linebacker Coach and Assistant Defensive Coordinator for the Guelph Gryphons. Grandy is currently the Defensive Coordinator of the Senior Varsity Hamilton Hurricanes. As well, Grandy has been Head Coach of the Varsity Burlington Stampeders and was also an assistant coach at M.M. Robinson High School in Burlington.

DEFENSIVE ASSISTANT: Sean Hall - Carleton Ravens

Sean Hall is currently the Defensive Back Coach & Academic Facilitator for the Carleton Ravens. Prior to joining the Ravens, Hall spent 2 seasons with Acadia Axemen. Prior to Acadia, Hall spent 11 seasons with the Ottawa Gee Gees where he served as the teams Defensive Coordinator, Linebacker and Defensive Back coach.

Athletic Therapist

U17 ATHLETIC THERAPIST: Nicole Allen

Nicki is a Certified Athletic Therapist with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association and the Ontario Athletic Therapist Association since 2013. Nicki graduated from McMaster University in 2009 with an Honors Bachelor of Kinesiology with a Minor in Health Studies. She continued her education at Sheridan College, completing the Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences Degree in Athletic Therapy with honors in 2013. As a student, Nicki worked at the University of Guelph with the Varsity football, women’s volleyball and women’s rugby teams, winning a Rugby CIS National Championship in 2011. She also had the opportunity to work as an Athletic Therapy Intern for the Toronto Argonauts Football Club in their 2012 Grey Cup winning season. She has also worked with numerous local high school and club rugby, hockey, football and wrestling teams.
